ACQUISITION OF THE COMPANY’S BLOCK OF SHARES



Pursuant to the purchase-sale agreement No. 3/17 of shares held by the

state by the right of ownership as of 5 March 1999 and Act No.5

“Regarding transfer and acceptance of shares” of the State Property Fund

as of 14 February 2001, UAB Vialogas acquired 896,521 ORS of

AB Klaipėdos Jūrų Krovinių Kompanija. On 14 February 2001, UAB Vialogas

held 8,659,817 ORS (68.35% of authorised capital and votes) of

AB Klaipėdos Jūrų Krovinių Kompanija.
