CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 12 p.m. on 30 March 2001, a general shareholders’ meeting will take place

at the company’s conference hall at 6 Pramonės St., in Alytus.

On the agenda:

1) report of the Board on the company’s activity in 2000;

2) report of the auditor on the financial activity of the company;

3) approval of annual financial statements;

4) approval of profit appropriation.
