CHANGE OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD AND OF SUPERVISORY BOARD



1) following the resolution of the Board of AB Ūkio Bankas as of 26 March 2001,

Liutauras Varanavičius, chairman of the Bank’s Board, was dismissed from the

position at his own request; the Board member Gintaras Ugianskis was appointed

chairman of the Board at interim as of 27 March 2001.

2) following the resolution of the general meeting of AB Ūkio Bankas

shareholders as of 26 March 2001, resignation of Hong Kyun Kim and

Jurgis Drąsutis Mockevičius, members of the Supervisory Board, were approved;

Liutauras Varanavičius and Viktor Ziemelis were elected members of the

Supervisory Board.
