AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION WERE REGISTERED



On 27 April 2001, amendments to paragraph 8.1. of the Articles of Association

were registered with the Register Unit of Klaipėda municipality. According to

this amendment, internal auditor (auditor) is elected for a period of 1 year

(instead of 4 years) by a general shareholders’ meeting.
