PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO KLAIP. NAFTA



Following decision of the Listing Department as of 10 May 2001, from 14

May 2001 price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of

Klaipedos Nafta AB.

Share issue No. 12578 of Klaipedos Nafta AB will be assimilated with the

share issue No. 11165; the size of the issue after the change will be

1,503,486 units, the total par value will equal LTL 150,348,600, and

the par value per share will stand at LTL 100.
