Administration of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB submitted

an application for the NSEL asking to extend quoting of

the company’s securities on the Current Trading List and

to revoke decision of the NSEL Management Board as

of 23 April 2001 regarding delisting of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

securities from the Current List and transfer thereof to the tier

of unlisted securities from 1 June 2001.
