PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO PIENO ZVAIGZD



Following decision of the Listing Department as of 31 May 2001,

from 1 June 2001 price fluctuation margins will not be applied

to securities of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB.

A new share issue will be adjoined to the share issue No. 11167

of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB. The size of the issue No. 11167 after

the change will be 54,030,451units, the total par value will

equal LTL 54,030,451 and the par value per share will stand at LTL 1.
