REGARDING SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN LISCO SHARES



Following decision of the NSEL Management Board as of 11 June 2001, trading

in shares of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB will be suspended from 25 June

2001 until the completion date of the reorganisation in order to protect

interests of investors (reorganisation of the company by way of division).
