LSC ANNULLED REGISTRATION OF LISCO SHARES



On 27 June 2001, the Lithuanian Securities Commission annulled registration of

shares of AB LIETUVOS JŪRŲ LAIVININKYSTĖ and registered an issue of 200,901,296

ordinary registered shares (at LTL 1 par) of AB LIETUVOS JŪRŲ LAIVININKYSTĖ

which will be operating after the reorganisation and an issue of 323,907,434

ordinary registered shares (at LTL 1 par) of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB that will

be operating after the reorganisation.
