On 27 June 2001, Andrius Šukys was elected chairman of the Supervisory Board

of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB, Vytautas Vismantas, Viktoras Čepys, Arvydas

Stropus, Ivanas Šalajevas, Genadijus Titovas were appointed members of the

Management Board. Vytautas Vismantas was appointed director general and

chairman of the Management Board.
