PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO KLAIP.NAFTA



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 2 July 2001, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to shares of Klaipedos Nafta from 4

July 2001.

A new issue of Klaipedos Nafta will be adjoined to its issue No. 11165. After

the change, the size of the issue No. 11165 will amount to 1742948 units, at

LTL 100 par. The total nominal value equals LTL 174,294,800.
