PRICE FLUCTUAT. MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO GRAFOB. VILNIUS



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 1 August 2001, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Grafobal Vilnius AB

from 3 August 2001.

A new issue will be adjoined to the issue No 10031 of Grafobal Vilnius AB.

After the change, the size of the issue No 10031 will equal 1,772,937 units at

LTL 5 par. The total nominal value will equal LTL 8,864,685.
