CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 2 p.m. on 4 September 2001, an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting will be

held in the company’s premises.

On the agenda:

1) reduction of the authorised capital;

2) amendments to the Articles of Association;

3) increase of the authorised capital out of additional contributions;

4) amendments to the Articles of Association.
