DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE SITTING OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



It was decided to elect the following persons members of Management Board

of Lietuvos Dujos AB:

Jurgis Gliaubertas, head of the Gas and local resources division of the

Energy Resources department of the Ministry of Economy; Aldona Mikalkenaite,

senior specialist of of the Gas and local resources division of the Energy

Resources department of the Ministry of Economy; Ruslanas Gerasimovas, head

of the Legal division of the Ministry of Economy; Viktoras Valentukevicius,

economy director of Lietuvos Dujos AB, Virgilija Ilguniene, senior specialist –

auditor of the First Shares Management Division of the State Property Fund.
