DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 2 p.m., on 4 September 2001, and extraordinary meeting

of Alytaus Tekstile AB shareholders took place. At the meeting

it was decided to pledge the company’s long term assets, constituting

40.94% of the authorised capital value, to the banks for the loans.
