CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF UKIO BANKAS AB



From 06 09 2001, Audrius Gluobys, vice chairman of the Management Board of

Ukio Bankas AB, was removed from the office following his own request.

From 10 09 2001, Romualdas Jonas Rutkauskas and  Viktoras Soldatenko were

appointed vice chairmen of the Management Board of Ukio Bankas AB.
