REGARDING SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 17 September 2001, an extraordinary meeting of Bankas Snoras AB

shareholders took place. The meeting revoked Antanas Zenonas Kaminskas

from the Supervisry Board following his own request. Gediminas Kiesus

was also revoked from the Supervisory Board. Raimundas Jurevicius and

Stasys Brundza were elected members of the Supervisory Board.

Deloitte & Touche will carry out financial statements of Bankas Snoras AB

in 2001.
