RESOLUTIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE NSEL (24 09 2001)



On 24 September 2001, the Management Board of the NSEL resolved to admit an

issue of Kauno Tiltai AB (10623) ordinary registered shares into the Current

Trading List from 1 October 2001. The issue is comprised of 140335 shares, at

LTL 100 par value. The total nominal value equals LTL 14,033,500.
