DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 15 October 2001, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) suspend trading in ORS of AB Snaige (code 10927) from 19 October 2001 until

the announcement day of the stock event regarding the general shareholders’

meeting (on the agenda – reduction of the authorised capital by decreasing

the par value of shares);

2) suspend trading in ORS of AB Sanitas (code 10617) from 22 October 2001 until

the announcement day of the stock event regarding the general shareholders’

meeting (on the agenda – reduction of the authorised capital).
