DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (22 10 2001)



On 22 October 2001, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided:

1) suspend trading in ORS of Lietuvos Energija (code 11768) from 29 10 2001

until the day when the stock event regarding decisions adopted at the general

shareholders’ meeting (to bee held on 05 11 2001) is announced (on the agenda:

reduction of the authorised capital, reorganisation of the company, approval

of the project of the company);

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Panevezio Statybos Trestas

(code 10144) on 30 10 2001 due to a general shareholders’ meeting;

3) suspend trading in ORS of AB Naftos Terminalas (code 11166) from 30 10 2001

until the day when the stock event regarding decisions adopted at the general

shareholders’ meeting is announced (on the agenda: increase of the authorised

capital and reduction of the par values of shares);

4) renew trading in ORS of Snaige (code 10927) from 23 10 2001. Price

fluctuation margins will not be applied (the general shareholders’ meeting

decided to reduce the authorised capital by reducing par value of shares).
