CONCERNING RESULTS OF ACTIVITIES IN 9 MONTHS OF 2001



Results of activity of AB LISCO Baltic Service in 9 months of 2001 will be

announced until 5 December 2001.

The announcement of results of AB LISCO Baltic Service is a material event

with respect to the company’s major shareholder DFDS Tor Line A/S, which is

a subsidiary of DFDS A/S. Therefore, the announcement of results of activity

of AB LISCO Baltic Service in nine months of 2001 is a material even with

respect to DFDS A/S. Following the principle of simultaneity, this material

event can be disclosed only after DFDS A/S presents this information to the

Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
