DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE NSEL (03/12/2001)



On 3 December 2001, the Management Boar of the NSEL decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in ordinary registered shares of AB

Endokrininiai Preparatai (code 10627) on 7 December 2001 due to general

shareholders’ meeting.

2) Suspend trading in ordinary registered shares of AB Alytaus Tekstile (code

10090) from 10 December 2001 until the day the material event is announced. On

the agenda of the meeting there is an issue regarding increase of the

authorised capital.

3) Suspend trading in ordinary registered shares of AB Bankas Snoras (code

10192 and code 12450) from 14 December 2001 until the day the material event is

announced. On the agenda of the meeting there is an issue regarding increase of

the authorised capital.

4) Suspend trading in ordinary registered shares of AB Alytaus Tekstile (code

10932) from 17 December 2001 until the day the material event is announced. On

the agenda of the meeting there is an issue regarding increase of the

authorised capital out of the company’s funds.

5) Remove ordinary registered shares of AB Kauno Tiltai (code 10623) from the

Current Trading List from 3 December 2001. Paragraph 71 of the Trading Rules of

the NSEL: the LSC annulled registration of the shares and the Central

Securities Depository closed the general account of these securities.
