TRADING IN SHARES OF AB ALYTAUS TEKSTILE WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 10 December 2001,

trading in shares of AB Alytaus Tekstile (code 10090) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins from 12 December 2001. At the general

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s authorised

capital.
