On 20 December 2001, the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania

allowed AB Rokiskio Suris to acquire 100% of shares of AB Svencioniu Pienine,

100% of shares of AB Ignalinos Pienine, 100% of shares of AB Varenos Pienine,

and 100% of shares of AB Eisiskiu Pienine.
