PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 22 December 2001, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities (code 11166) of AB Naftos

Terminalas and the size of the issue and the par value will be changed on 28

December 2001.

Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities (code 11165) of AB

Klaipedos Nafta either due to the assimilation of issues.

On 28 December 2001, at the Central Securities Depository, the number of

securities in the issue and the nominal value of shares of AB Naftos Terminalas

will be changed. After the change, the issue No. 11166 will equal 158,407,480

units at LTL 1 par, the total nominal value equals LTL 158,407,480.

After assimilation, the issue of AB Klaipedos Nafta will equal 3,250,000 units

at LTL 100 par. The total nominal value equals LTL 325,000,000.
