PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 27 December 2001, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities (code 11165) of AB

Klaipedos Nafta, the number of units in the issue will be increased and the

nominal value will be changed on 29 December 2001. Price fluctuation margins

will not be applied to securities (code 11166) of AB Naftos Terminalas either

due to the joining of the new issue.

On 29 December 2001, at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania the

number of units in the issue and the nominal value of securities of AB

Klaipedos Nafta will be changed. After the change, the issue No. 11165 will

equal 325,000,000 units at LTL 1 par. The total nominal value will equal LTL

325,000,000.

After the joining of the new issue, the issue of AB Naftos Terminalas will

equal 158,756,640 units at LTL 1 par. The total nominal value will equal LTL

158,756,640.
