CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE



Pursuant to the Resolution No. 162-2001-58 of the Management Board of AB

Klaipedos Juru Kroviniu Kompanija as of 14 December 2001, Eduardas Plauska is

appointed the head of administration – director general of AB Klaipedos Juru

Kroviniu Kompanija from 1 January 2002. Former head of administration –

president Bronislovas Lubys is appointed executive director.

The position of economics director is annulled.

The positions of executive director, personnel and general affairs director are

introduced.
