PRICE FLUC. MARGINS WON'T BE APPLIED TO AB UTENOS TRIKOTAZ.



Following the decision of the Listing Department as of 11 January 2002, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of AB Utenos Trikotazas

from 15 January 2002 due to the joining of the new issue.

After the joining, the issue No. 10932 will equal 39,260,491 units, nominal

value LTL 1, the total nominal value LTL 39,260,491.
