DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 21 January 2002, the Management Board of the NSEL decided to:

1) remove ORS of AB Kalnapilis (code 10545) from the Official List and to shift

them to the tier of Unlisted securities from 1 March 2002; paragraph 32.2 of

the NSEL Trading Rules (“upon request of the issuer of these securities”). To

include these securities into the group of Unlisted securities to which central

market procedures are applied.

2) remove ORS of AB Akmenes Cementas (code 10189) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied from 1 February 2002,

on the basis of the NSEL Management Board’s decision No. 34 as of 10 May 1999;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste (code

12599) on 22 January 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Utenos Trikotazas (code 10932)

on 24 January 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting.
