UNAUDITED RESULT OF ACTIVITY IN 2001



According to the unaudited results, in 2001 AB Alytaus Tekstile suffered net

loss of LTL 5,539.8 thousand. In the fourth quarter of 2001, AB Alytaus

Tekstile earned profit of LTL 86.8 thousand.

The company’s sales in 2001 accounted for LTL 141,474.4 thousand.
