DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (04 02 2002)



On 4 February 2002, the Management Board of the NSEL decided to:



1) remove ORS of AB Hansa – LTB (code 10062) from the Current List and to

transfer them to the tier of Unlisted securities from 1 April 2002,

subparagraph 71.2 of the NSEL Trading Rules (“upon request of the issuer”). To

transfer these securities to the group of Unlisted securities to which central

market procedures are applied;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Dvarcioniu Keramika (code 12231)

on 6 February 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Kauno Audiniai (code 10154) on 6

February 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

4) suspend trading in ORS of AB Lifosa (code 11669) due to the general

shareholders’ meeting from 13 February 2002 until the day the stock event is

announced. On the agenda: increase of the authorized capital and reduction of

the authorized capital.
