CHANGES IN THE MANAGING BODY OF AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA



On 1 February 2002, the Management Board of AB Lietuvos Energija satisfied

the request of the company’s director general Dangiras Mikalajunas to remove

him from the office. Deputy director general Alfredas Ramanauskas was appointed

director general of AB Lietuvos Energija at interim.
