CHANGE OF THE AUTHORIZED CAPITAL OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA



On 4 February 2002, changes to the Articles of Association of AB Mazeikiu

Nafta were registered. These changes confirm the registration of the reduced

authorized capital of AB Mazeikiu Nafta with the Register of Enterprises. The

authorized capital of AB Mazeikiu Nafta equals LTL 517,494,925.
