TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 7 February 2002, trading

in securities of Mazeikiu Nafta (code 11555) will be renewed without applying

price fluctuation margins and trading will be renewed in securities (code

12520) from 12 February 2002.

On 11 February 2002, the number of securities in the issues No. 11555 and 12520

will be reduced at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the

reduction, the size of the issue No. 11555 will equal 346,721,600 units, the

nominal value will remain at LTL 1, and the total nominal value will be LTL

346,721,600. The issue No. 12520 will equal 170,773,325 units, the nominal

value will remain at LTL 1, and the total nominal value will be LTL 170,773,325.
