APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR GENERAL AND DEPUTY-CHAIRMAN



On 8 February 2002, Mr. Kęstutis Mindaugas Juozaitis was elected as director

general and Mr. Rymantas Juozaitis was elected as deputy-chairman of the

Management Board at the meeting of AB Kauno Energija.
