TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB LIFOSA IS TO BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 26 February 2002, trading

in securities of AB Lifosa (code 11669) will be suspended due to the general

shareholders’ meeting from 1 March 2002 until the announcement day of the stock

event. On the agenda of the general shareholders’ meeting – increase of the

authorized capital, reduction of the authorized capital.
