PERFORMANCE IN 2001 AND QIV 2001



At the meeting of administration of 26 February 2002, the result of activity

in QIV of 2001 and the annual result were established: the preliminary net

profit of the fourth quarter of 2001 is LTL 2145.7thou, and the annual profit

is LTL 4163.1thou.
