RESULT OF ACTIVITY IN 2001



Having considered the opinion of the company’s auditor Deloitte & Touche, on

14 March 2002 the Management Board decided to present audited results of the

company’s activity in 2001 to the general shareholders’ meeting which is to be

held on 19 April 2002.

The audited result of AB Lietuvos Dujos activity in 2001 is a profit of LTL

13.03 million.
