DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (18 MARCH 2002)



On 18 March 2002, the Management Board decided to:

1) admit ORS of AB Vilniaus Degtine (code 11245, ticker VDGT) to the Current

List from 25 Mach 2002 without applying price fluctuation margins;

2) remove ORS of AB Ragutis (code 11029) from the Current List and transfer

them  to the group of Unlisted securities to which central market procedures

are applied from 17 June 2002; paragraph 71.2 of NSEL Trading Rules (“upon

request of the issuer”);

3) renew trading in ORS of AB Vilniaus Vingis (code 10367) from 19 March 2002.

At the shareholders’ meeting the decision regarding reduction of the authorized

capital was not passed;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas (code

10017) on 25 March 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

5) suspend trading in ORS of AB Ukio Bankas (code 10235) from 26 March 2002

until the day the stock event is announced due to the general shareholders’

meeting. On the agenda – increase of the authorized capital;

6) suspend trading in ORS of AB Siauliu Bankas (code 10225) from 26 March 2002

until the day the stock event is announced due to the general shareholders’

meeting. On the agenda – increase of the authorized capital;

7) suspend trading in ORS of AB Lietuvos Draudimas (code 12194) from 27 March

2002 until the day the stock event is announced due to the general

shareholders’ meeting. On the agenda – increase of the authorized capital out

of additional contributions;

8) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas (code

10426) and ORS of AB Kauno Audiniai (code 10154) on 28 March 2002 due to the

general shareholders’ meetings;

9) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Bankas Snoras (code 10192) and

ORS of AB Bankas Hansa-LTB (code 10062) on 29 March 2002 due to the general

shareholders’ meetings;

10) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Vakaru skrstomieji Tinklai

(code 12637) on 4 April 2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting;

11) suspend trading in ORS of AB Utenos Trikotazas (code 10932) due to general

shareholders’ meeting from 4 April 2002 until the day the stock event is

announced. On the agenda – reduction of the authorized capital;

12) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Sanitas (code 10617) on 5 April

2002 due to the general shareholders’ meeting.
