TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SANITAS WILL BE SUSPENDED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 25 March 2002, trading in

securities of AB Sanitas (code 10617) will be suspended from 5 April 2002 until

the day the stock event is announced, due a general shareholders’ meeting.

The agenda of the general shareholders’ meeting was amended by adding an issue

regarding reduction of the authorized capital.
