On 26 March 2002, at the sitting of the Council of AB Lietuvos Zemes Ukio

Bankas a new Management Board was appointed: chairman of the Board Stephen

K.Hunter, deputy chairman of the Board Dr. Jonas Dieninis, member of the Board

Dr. Vygintas Bubnys, and member of the Board Juozas Aliukonis.
