ELECTION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL



On 27 March 2002, at the sitting of the Council of AB Ukio Bankas, Liutauras

Varanavicius was elected chairman of the Council; Ala Kurauskienė and Ulf

Lowenhav were elected deputy chairpersons of the Council. From 27 March 2002,

Edita Navickaite was appointed chairperson of the Management Board of AB Ukio

Bankas; Gintaras Ugianskis was elected deputy chairman of the Management Board;

Sergejus Fedotovas and Rolandas Balandis were elected members of the Management

Board.
