DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (08 04 2002)



On 8 April 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Klaipedos Baldai (code 10297) on

9 April 2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Klaipedos Nafta (code 11165) on

11 April 2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Sema (code 11069) on 15 April

2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Ragutis (code 11029) on 16 April

2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

5) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Lietuvos Dujos (code 11622) on

18 April 2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

6) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Linas (code 10066) on 18 April

2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting;

7) suspend central market trading in ORS of AB Klaipedos Juru Kroviniu

kompanija (code 11615) on 19 April 2002, due to a general shareholder’ meeting.
