TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB TRINYCIAI WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 24 April 2002, trading in

securities of AB Trinyciai (code 11120) will be renewed on 25 April 2002. At

the general shareholders’ meeting it was decided to reduce the company’s

authorized capital by proportionally reducing holdings of all shareholders.
