REGARDING PRELIMINARY RESULT OF PERFORMANCE



AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE will announce results of performance during the first

quarter of 2002 by 24 May 2002. Announcement of results of AB LISCO BALTIC

SERVICE is a material event with regard to the company’s major shareholder DFDS

Tor Line A/S, which in turn is a subsidiary company of DFDS A/S. Therefore,

announcement of results of AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE is a material event with

regard to DFDS A/S and, pursuant to the principle of simultaneity, may be

disclosed only when this information is submitted to the Copenhagen Stock

Exchange by DFDS A/S.
