TRADING IN SECURIT. OF AB ZEMAITIJOS PIENAS WILL BE RENEWED



Following the decision of the Listing Department of 26 April 2002, trading in

securities of AB Zemaitijos Pienas (code 12186) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins on 29 April 2002. At the general

shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s capital out of

additional contributions.
