CHANGES IN THE COUNCIL OF AB UKIO BANKAS



On 2 May 2002, the Council of AB Ukio Bankas reconised the second issue of the

decision of the Council as of 26 March 2002 “Regarding election of the Chairman

and deputy chairmen of the Council of AB Ukio Bankas” void and elected Ulf

Lowenhov deputy chairman of the Council of AB Ukio Bankas.
