VILNIAUS  VINGIS IS INCREASING ITS SALES



In April 2002, sales volumes reached LTL 13.9 million. In the past two years,

higher sales volume was recorded in November 2001 (LTL 14.0 million). This

year, the company has sold products for LTL 49.6 million or by 7.8% more than

during the corresponding period last year. Such a growth resulted from a 13.3%

(LTL 4.0 million) increase in export.

 More products were exported to Germany (LTL 2.8 million), England (LTL 2.7

million).  LG Philips Displays Hua Fei factory producing TV tubes in China has

bough deflection yokes for LTL 0.4thou for the first time.

 This year, export level reaches 68.0% (in January  - April 2001, this level

did not exceed 64.7%).
