TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB SANITAS WILL BE SUSPENDED



AB Sanitas submitted a written notification to the NSEL that on 27 May 2002

documents for registration of the reduction of the authorized capital with the

Register of Enterprises will be filed with the manager of the Register of

Enterprises.

	Following the decision of the Listing Department of 20 May 2002,

trading in securities of AB Sanitas (code 10617) will be suspended from 27 May

2002 until the correction day of the general account at the Central Securities

Depository inclusive. NSEL Trading Rules, paragraph 61 (in order to protect

investors’ interests. Reduction of the authorized capital by proportionally

reducing holdings of all shareholders).
