REVISED NOTIFICATION ABOUT ACQUISITION OF A BLOCK OF SHARES



According to the notification submitted to the National Stock Exchange of

Lithuania on 6 June 2002 regarding the acquisition of the block of shares, on

30 May 2002, AB Grigiskes owned 55.47% of votes of AB Naujieji Verkiai. The

reasons for exceeding the limit subject to declaration are as follows: after AB

Naujieji Verkiai acquired own shares and the total number of votes of the

accountable issuer decreased (according par. 7 of Art.55 of the Lax on

Companies), the share of votes of the block owned increased.
